Introduction: Our Commitment to Your Privacy

PAX Programs Incorporated ("PAX") is highly sensitive to the confidentiality of information provided by you to PAX. As a result, PAX has adopted the following Privacy Policy, which is applicable to all information that you provide to PAX and that PAX maintains electronically, whether you provide the information through any of PAX's web sites (the "Sites" or "Site") or through other means. You should also review our Terms and Conditions of Use as they are also applicable and govern your use of our Sites. This Policy does not apply to any information that you may provide to third parties, such as through other sites linked to the PAX Site. You should contact such third parties directly to determine their respective Privacy Policies.

PAX expressly reserves in its sole discretion, and at times and intervals of its choosing, the right to change its Policies and Practices periodically in the future without prior notice to Site Users. You should review our Privacy Policy Statement regularly to be sure you are fully current with our practices and procedures in this area. At present, PAX uses and discloses the information provided by you for the purposes described below. This written Policy discloses the information-gathering and dissemination practices for PAX's Site. This Notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our Sites. As noted above, this Privacy Policy Statement may change from time to time, so please revisit this Notice periodically to ensure your usage of the Sites is correct with the policies and practices governing them.

What Information Do We Collect?

PAX may collect information in conjunction with its marketing and registration process for its Sites, programs and related services and follow up as well as from its program registrants, as part of the registration process for PAX programs such as the Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women® workshop. From time-to-time, we may also conduct surveys or offer contests or other promotional events, and gather additional information from you in connection with those events. Other than in aggregated, derivative form, we do not share such information with anyone outside PAX. Any personal information will be kept confidential and used solely by us in accordance with this Policy.

What Do We Use This Information For?

Primarily, we use your information to provide you with the products and services you have requested and/or other products and services that we make available to you. We use non-personal information collected through technology, which includes your IP Address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language, pages you view and other transactional information collected as you use or access the Sites to help diagnose problems with our servers or other technology, administer PAX's Sites, track access to our Sites and/or improve the user experience. Your IP Address and other transactional information is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, some of which we aggregate and then share with our strategic alliance partners. We also use your IP address to keep track of the information you have seen on our Sites. We use your name, email address and mailing address, to assist us in communicating with you. We use information on your resume to assist you with job placement.

With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

We may share your information only in aggregated, derivative form with related companies of PAX and third party organizations with whom we have entered into marketing agreements, strategic alliances, or other business relationships. In addition, to enable payments, we may collect and store billing and credit card information. This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks related to the purchase transaction, such as fulfilling or delivering orders, processing credit card payments, or providing customer service. We may also contract with other companies to provide services on our behalf, including credit-card and billing processing, delivery or shipping, email distribution, list processing and analytics, and survey and promotions management. We provide these companies with the information they need to perform their services.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are a standard technology used by commercial web services to store small pieces of information on your hard drive, by sending a small string of text to your browser. They make your use of our Site more pleasing and efficient by, for example, "personalizing" your user interface or identifying which parts of a site you have previously visited. PAX Sites may provide you with links to other websites. We are not responsible for those sites and cannot control the use of information that you submit once you reach those sites, nor can we control the content of what is offered on those sites or on links from those sites.

Our Use of Information From Third Parties

We may obtain information about you provided to us by third parties such as credit reporting agencies or strategic alliance partners in order to offer you their services and products, to improve our services, or to evaluate your eligibility for our services. However, we will not release personal information about you to them other than in aggregated, derivative form.

California Law

California law governs the use of the PAX Sites and this Privacy Policy. Users of the Sites unequivocally consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of an appropriate court or other tribunal in San Diego as the most convenient and appropriate forum for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy. PAX is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please note the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States and that by accessing or using the PAX Sites you are consenting to this transfer. Parental or Legal Guardian Permission to Participate

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that the Parent or Adult Legal Guardian of children under the age of thirteen (13) must read our Privacy Policy Statement and then sign and return the Parental Consent Form. Upon receipt, we are then permitted to allow such child/children to post materials and generally participate in the activities of our Site. In addition, PAX requires the permission of a parental or adult legal guardian for anyone under the age of 18 to participate in the activities of our Site.

Consent for Participation of Children–Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) PAX's own internal policy guidelines and compliance with COPPA require the consent of a parent or legal guardian before allowing anyone under the age of 18 to register, online or otherwise, for one of its programs. Consent of the parent or adult legal guardian of any such minors must be provided by completing and returning the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent form.
